  • How much will my property rent for?
    To accurately appraise your rental property, we have our dedicated leasing team attend your investment property to perform a comparative market analysis. When assessing the rental value of a property, we carefully evaluate various factors that assist in leasing your property promptly, to the right tenants. This includes analysing comparable properties, current vacancies and market trends. By establishing a realistic rental value, we can help you secure tenants quickly and maximise the financial return on your investment. A range of rental value is provided, enabling you to make an informed decision based on your unique circumstances. The higher value represents a rental income achievable with time and can be used to gauge market interest. The lower value is one which may appeal to tenants more quickly.
  • What is the average time it takes for my property to rent?
    Konnect Living has consistently placed high quality tenants quicker than the industry standard. The average time it takes for a property to rent will always depend on a number of factors including market conditions, location, the type and condition of the property.
  • How do I apply for a property?
    To apply for a property with Konnect Living, please go to our website at and click “Properties” in the menu. Here you will find all our rental properties listed (if) available. Click the property you would like to apply for and you will be directed to the realestate.com.au page listing where you can apply.
  • I have an emergency situation, what do I do?
    If an urgent repair is required, contact your property manager as soon as possible. Emergency repairs are generally those that could cause injury to the tenant or cause damage to the property, and may include: • a burst water service or a serious water service leak • a blocked or broken toilet (if it is the only 1 in the property) • a serious roof leak • a gas leak • an electrical fault • flooding or serious flood damage • serious storm or fire damage • a failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply to the property • a failure or breakdown of the hot water service • a failure or breakdown of the stove or oven • a failure or breakdown of a heater or air-conditioner • a fault or damage which makes the property unsafe or insecure. After hours emergency repairs. Should an emergency repair be required after hours then you need to firstly attempt to contact your property manager, secondly refer to your tenancy agreement or trades guide in your tenancy handbook for details of our recommended tradesperson.
  • How do I report maintenance requests/jobs?
    Any maintenance or repairs requests you have need to be logged via our online portal PropertyMe. When lodging requests, please be as specific as possible and include images of the request where required. We will keep in touch via email and SMS with updates on the progress of your repair.
  • I'm a new tenant, how do I lodge my bond?
    Congratulations on your new tenancy! You will be sent an email by Konnect Living to lodge your bond. Please follow the instructions in the email of contact your Property Manager if you need any assistance.
  • Can I arrange a time for an inspection?
    All Konnect Living open homes are uploaded online through realestate.com.au via our Properties page for the rentals available. If you have a special request, please email hello@konnectliving.com.au to arrange a private inspection.
